Dr Botagoz Rakisheva-PhDinSociology, Founder/ Director of the Public Opinion Research Institute (www.opinions.kz). Worked at the Institute for Comparative Social Research CESSI-Kazakhstan (General Manager, Deputy Director, Director, 1997-2013), Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Deputy Director, 2016-2017), in 2013 founded the Public Opinion Research Institute.Membership in professional organizations:Scientific Expert Council of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan (Astana, Kazakhstan), ESOMAR(European Society for the Study of Market and Opinion), WAPOR (World Association for Public Opinion Research), ISA (International Studies Association). Botagoz is WAPOR National Representative of Kazakhstan,Principal Investigator of World Values Survey-7in Kazakhstan.Publications:author of over 110 scientific publications, published in Kazakhstan, Russia, China, Turkey, South Korea, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and UK.
