Chinese Best Practice in Cross-border E-commerce Opening Ceremony

The opening ceremony is a recap session of the previous nine sessions. Ms. M. Teresa Kho, Director General of East Asia Department, ADB and Director of the CAREC Institute jointly highlight the importance of cross-border e-commerce as a pillar of the global economic sustainable growth and reaffirm the support of ADB and CI to this program.

Dr. Min Tang, as the person who initiated the program, introduces the background of the program and discusses how the cross-border e-commerce business could grow more practical, bigger and stronger.
