Interview on World Water Day (I)

March 22 is the 31st World Water Day, and the United Nations has determined its theme in 2023 as “Accelerating Change”. To make the World Water Day more than a date in the calendar, here we invite Dr. Iskandar Abdullaev, Deputy Director Two of the CAREC Institute, who has years of research experience on water issues in Central Asia, to share key issues of the water sector in the region.
