In this session, Khalid Umar, Chief of Strategic Planning Division, interprets the CAREC Institute Strategy 2021-2025 which was approved by the Governing Council in December 2021. Khalid recaps the institute’s history with key milestones since its virtual functioning. Following the footprint of Strategy 2018-2022, he explains the process and rationale of how the new strategy was formulated.
